Lazar Samarcic is set to undergo a medical with Inter Milan on Thursday. While Giovanni Fabbian moves in the opposite direction to Udinese.
The deal has been in place since July 29 and still needs time to work out the details. Especially in terms of bonuses and personal terms.

It is believed the deal would see Samarcic move to Inter for €15m, plus Fabian swapping sides for Udinese. While Inter Milan have a buy-back clause for the Italian youngster. The price is 12 million euros in 2024 and will increase to 15 million euros in 2025.
Fabian has reportedly passed a medical with Udinese. So there is no doubt about the deal.
Samarcic impressed last season at the Dacia Arena. Contributing five goals and four assists in 37 Serie A appearances while capturing Serbia go 2 times.
For two seasons in Serie A, Samardzic made 63 appearances for Udinese, scoring seven goals and providing seven assists after joining from Serbian national team RB Leipzig.
The 21-year-old has also been linked with Napoli and AC Milan but is set to become the new signing of Simone Inzaghi.
