Monaco have made an offer for Denis Zakaria. But Sky Sport Italia insist it is not enough to convince Juventus to sell.
The midfielder spent last season at Chelsea on loan with an option to buy. But the team from Stamford Bridge decided not to open the option in the summer.
He is not in Max Allegri’s plans this season and has been linked with a number of clubs. Including West Ham, RB Leipzig, Leverkusen and Lens UFABET
Monaco are favorites and Sky Sport Italia claim they are one step closer to a deal by upping their offer to €22m including bonuses.
However, Juve are holding their ground at €25m and are confident Monaco will reach an agreement for that price. Or at least very close.
Juventus paid 10 million euros to sign Zakaria from Monchengladbach. In January 2022, he received €3 million on loan for one season at Chelsea.
Earlier, Zakaria appeared to have decided to join West Ham. But there was no clear progress. And probably will have to make a decisive decision again with all the offers.
The 26-year-old midfielder, who is contracted to Juventus until 2026 was loaned out to Chelsea last season. But made just 11 appearances due to his lack of form and physical condition.
